Real Housewives of New York City Prediction
Warning: If you don't watch Real Housewives just skip this post!
I had a feeling that Real Housewives of New York Jill Zarin was going to do whatever it took to get back on top Season 4 after her behavior last season found her losing fans and supporters. It seemed as though she wanted to play the victim and make cast mate, Alex McCord, appear to be the aggressor. Then, I re-watched the Season 3 Reunion Show and my suspicions were confirmed. Even as far back as the last reunion you can see Jill start to call Alex a "mean girl" and claim that Alex started a lot of the drama. Funny thing is, Alex McCord is the least aggressive person on this show and Jill may just be the most aggressive.
Bravo has only aired two episodes of the new Season 4, but Jill has taken to her victim role already. At a march for gay marriage, Jill unconvincingly played the victim and told Alex to stop picking on her-sob! I do agree that Alex, who finally found her voice after three seasons, needs to learn that confrontations have a time and place. Still, she is no bully, and Jill has proven that she is no victim. Just you all wait. I'm sure in a couple of episodes Jill will break down in tears over how "mean" Alex is. Let's just say, I'm not buying it.

Real Housewives of New York Update:
ReplyDeleteSo, I have been outsmarted by Jill Zarin. I was on to her plan, but I picked the wrong target. Her target was not Alex, it was none other than Ramona. I should have known that she would not try to make Alex appear to be a bully. It was much easier for her to do this to Ramona, with the strong personality she has.
Now Jill is hitting below the belt with comments about Ramona's drinking. Even LuAnn joins in on the attack. If a girl wants to work hard and then play hard, God bless her! Geez.
You can also see Jill's plan to blackball Ramona in action by the comments of Kelly. Again, she seems to have something like Aspergers Disease. She has no thoughts of her own, so she simply repeats what others have said. She doesn't know how to behave so she copies what she sees. Clearly Jill has talked to her 'friends' about not filming with Ramona. This is evident by Kelly's irrational comments on the show that she will not go anywhere that Ramona is and won't show up to film with her (only to have lunch with her later). So sad.
Anyhow, Ms. Zarin should chill out for a bit. No one is going to believe that she is victimized by Ramona, or anyone for that matter. Alas, this is not to be because sadly it seems that plotting the demise of her cast mates is on the top of Jill's list. Whether it be Alex, then on to Bethenny, and now Sonja and Ramona. Careful ladies, loyalty means nothing to this woman. I'm sure we will see in the coming episodes. I think Ramona was right- Jill likes you when you are the underdog. Don't have too much success or happiness around her, you may just be the next target!
